At the national level President Biden killed the Keystone pipeline and stopped leasing of federal oil and gas properties. More germane to us, on January 20, 2021, President Biden issued the Executive Order 13990 titled "Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis."
